As I'm sure we've all heard by now, Vanessa Hudgens. Made famous by her performance on the Disney Channel hit movies 'High School Musical' and 'High School Musical 2,' she has now made headlines with her scandalous nude photo that was leaked onto the Internet for all to see.
What had started out as a private photo sent to her current boyfriend/co-star, Zac Efron, has now escalated to a reputation-killing scandal. Supposedly, Hudgens made the mistake of sending it, unknowningly, to another friend, and that friend is the person who leaked the photo. What a friend.
This photo has not only made its way to Efron and the friend, but it was also knowingly sent out to boys several years ago. According to nationalenquirer.com, Hudgens sent the nude photo to her at-the-time boyfriend, Adam O'Neal, 19, back in 2004, and later to ex-boyfriend Drake Bell, of Nickelodeon's series 'Drake and Josh.'
Allegedly, Hudgens toyed with O'Neal's feelings by continuously breaking up with him that led up to the night she sent the photo over the Internet to him.
"Up came the picture on the computer and I realized I was looking at Vanessa, standing stark naked and looking right at me," O'Neal said in an interview with the National Enquirer. O'Neal filed the photo to a computer file and told his mother immediantly. "I was horrified," O'Neal's mother said. "I thought Vanessa was such a sweet girl."
Now let's be honest with ourselves, what 16-year-old boy would not love to see a pretty girl like Hudgens naked? If he was so appalled by the photo that he deemed it necessary to tell his mom, then why did he save it?
Did he think it would score him bonus points later in life? O'Neal and his mother continued to say how they thought Hudgens was a sweet girl, like she just got caught drowning puppies or punching babies.
Hudgens sent a photo to a boy she was dating, probably as a sweet gesture, and now it has turned into this.Think about it, what teenage girl has not messed with a boy's heart at one time or another? It's high school.
Girls mess with guys, guys mess with girls. It's not a perfect situation, but that is just how it is. I think it seems like this O'Neal kid is just out to capture his 15 minutes of fame, at the expense of Hudgens.
What a sad world we live in where people can't accept the lives they have and will do anything, even if it means tainting someone's reputation, to get noticed. Boo O'Neal, Boo.
