The Republican party has its nomination for the 2008 presidential candidate pretty much shorn up.Mike Huckabee, the evangelical populist, is still running, despite being asked to leave the race for the sake of party unity.However, that John McCain will be the nominee is all but a foregone conclusion.

Every primary election in America seems to be getting massive amounts of publicity.One election much closer to home seemed to have not been announced at all. Voting in the SGA presidential and senatorial election ends Wednesday (today!) at noon.We've seen the veritable decoupage of every available inch of wallspace.

Editorial "Tasteless and Appalling"

I would like to comment on a January 30th editorial titled "Garzo Tire Ad is Tasteless and Appalling." This particular editorial was not only inaccurate and error-laden, but it was also completely disrespectful and condescending to Garzo Tire and the Garzolini family.
