Indiana State University is full of folks who care. They are patient, friendly, and responsive to the needs of students.Though they are patient, they are likely unwilling to sit through this last column as I carry on with my personal thanks to individuals here on campus.

Well, the time has come to say goodbye to Indiana State University.It has been a trying and hard four years, but also some of the best times I have ever had.Through ten page papers, all- nighters and mean professors, there has been one constant in my life that has gotten me through it all: my love of theater.

The last staff editorial of the semester is usually spent wishing everyone a safe and happy summer.While we'd still like for that to happen, we've chosen to be a bit more contemplative than usual on this particular last-staff-ed-of-the-semester.It's been said before, but we as a university truly do stand at a crossroads.
If boiling a semester down into fewer than 600 words is difficult, doing the same to an entire collegiate experience is next to impossible.The only solution I have been able to find is to progress quasi-sequentially, taking detours when necessary, but largely moving from freshman year until now.
I feel bad making fun of the person I'm about to make fun of, but I can't help myself. A woman who looked to be about 27 came into my other place of employment, which happens to be a bookstore, a while ago looking a little overwhelmed with excitement."I want to start reading!" she said.
