According to Police Chief Bill Mercier, near the end of Wednesday night's Dot Dot Dot concert at Wolfe Field, an intoxicated student was struck by a car driven by another student on Fourth Street.
Mercier said the student was taken to Union Hospital and treated for minor injuries related to the accident. He was also cited for public intoxication and minor consuming alcohol.
Mercier also said Public Safety's investigation is practically done and the case has been referred to campus judicial for further action.
